My approach to therapy is holistic- meaning I understand that your emotional and mental health are often intertwined with multiple aspects of your life. I pride myself on my ability to make my clients feel understood and heard while helping them navigate the challenges life throws at us. I view counseling as a chance for my clients to have a safe space to express themself and as an opportunity to have a partner who will help you feel like the best version of yourself. I believe in an approach that allows you to see your strengths and feel that for therapy to be successful, it’s essential to connect with clients. My job as a therapist is to help guide you through a process that brings you back to a feeling of balance in life. I often do that by asking you questions and helping to provide different perspectives on situations, thoughts, and feelings you are experiencing. At the end of the day, I’m your wellness cheerleader and a partners helping you to become a better version of yourself.
